NetTalk Softphone is a program that allows you to make outgoing voice calls from your desktop or notebook computer. With NetTalk Softphone you can make calls to other NetTalk numbers, as well as fixed landlines and mobile phones in over 200 countries worldwide for extremely low rates. Softphone can be downloaded free with a user’s guide.

2. Can softphone from other providers be used to make NetTalk calls? |

Yes, if you configure the SIP server correctly, however we do not recommend it, as we will not be able to help you solve problems if and when they occur

4. Can NetTalk Softphone be used on Mac OS or PDA systems?è |

As of now, Softphone can only be used via Windows, however, we are currently researching and testing it with Mac, and hopefully in the future it will be Mac OS compatible.

5. I can’t sign in to Softphone. What might be the problem? |

Your account has expired

6. Why is there a slight delay in audio when I use NetTalk by True? |
 |

 |
 |
| |
The clarity of NetTalk service depends primarily on the speed and quality of your Internet connection. Lower speed or quality connections will have a slight delay. Delays can also occur when downloading a large file while using NetTalk.
