After a user has successfully applied for TrueNetTalk VoIP Internet phone service, the user will receive a user name and password with which to access the system. Users hereby agree to follow instructions for use set by the company, and will use this user name and password for applied service only. If a users user name and password is compromised and used by another person, with permission or not, the registered user will be responsible for all charges. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service temporarily or permanently, and is not obligated to notify the user in advance. |

| 2. |
During the application process, the applicant will be required to select a package offered by the company, and pay any initial service fees (where applicable) according to the rate provided by the company. Users agree to all terms and conditions of use listed in the application form and for each selected package. If terms and conditions of general use are in conflict with those of the selected package, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of the package. In the case where a user chooses to end a package prior to expiration date, the user agrees to pay the penalty listed in the package terms and conditions. |

| 3. |
Users agree to make payment for service according to the amount and deadline stated in the monthly billing statement. In the case where a user fails to make payment, the user is responsible for making payment for service used, plus interest, which will be charged at the highest legal government rate. The company also reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for without providing advanced notice. The company will not collect contested charges until sufficient evidence is gathered. If such evidence is gathered it will be sent to the user who will be responsible for making payment within the time period set by the company. |

| 4. |
Users agree not to resell service, or transfer service to other users, for profit or not. The company shall not be liable for any illegal use of NetTalk, against Thai law or communications regulations, against national security, against Thai society and/or Thai traditions, against the general peace, that may cause bodily injury or damage to property. True Internet hereby reserves the right to cancel service immediately with no obligation to notify in advance. Users are responsible for making payment for service and/or damages within the time period set by the company.
The company reserves the right to transfer service to another service provider, and will provide written notification. |

| 5. |
The company will be responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment throughout the duration of service. Users agree that the quality of service depends on the quality of the users computer/Internet connection. If a user is unable to access service due to user computer error or insufficient Internet speed, the company will not be responsible. |

| 6. |
Service or packages can be suspended/terminated prior to set date in any of the following cases |

The user requests to terminate account |
| 6.2 |
The user fails to make payment for goods/services |
| 6.3 |
The user is in violation of terms and conditions of service |
| 6.4 |
The permits granted by the government are terminated, and the company cancels service. In this case users will have no legal right to compensation from the company |

| 7. |
The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of service, or of packages, or service rates due to a change in government standard Interconnection Charge rates, or the issuance of a new package and will notify users.
Users agree to read the terms and conditions in this application, and for selected package and agree to operate according to said terms and conditions, and have signed the application in agreement as evidence of such agreement. |
